Professional timely and excellent service

I am over the moon thrilled with the work that Jeremy and his crew did for our family! On the face of it, the job looked like a grading of the driveway, water diversions of down spouts and putting in a French drain. In our subdivision, the driveways are contiguous between the two homes. When my neighbor put in a concrete driveway that would be on level with his patio, the resulting driveway was 8 inches above grade and poured water and debris all over my patio when it rained. Furthermore, the elevated concrete driveway caused water to rush up against the side of the house and saturate to the point that standing moisture was becoming a problem. To slow the water’s flow between the homes Jeremy installed a band of 2 to 3 inch size rocks between our driveways. There have been multiple rains since that work and my patio continues to be dry once again . The French drains that he put in had to go under a sidewalk. The dirt is so rocky that it would not be possible to dig under the sidewalk and Jeremy cut it in the seam and replaced it. Once the work was done, it is perfectly aligned and level, not an eyesore at all, which I had anticipated. Diverting the water from the downspout was an issue because a pop-up drain with a clean out would be impractical because of the many, many pine trees around the house that shed needles vigorously. Jeremy devise system that does not require clean out and it works very well and diverts the water across the yard. There was an issue with a small bit of damage to the building, which Jeremy acknowledged straight away and repaired to the satisfaction of the homeowner. The fee that he charged was entirely reasonable and came in under the projected cost. Not only am I delighted with the work that they’ve done, but also with the respectful way that he and the staff treated us. And that treatment is no small thing, as I get all anxious and could be characterized as a real PITA. You done great, Jeremy!!
